A.F.TEXTILES’s objective is to be the reliable partner for Retail organizations selling clothing to the consumer markets in Germany and Benelux. You could find our client range in different segments; Takko, Miss Etam, Karstadt/Quelle, Rewe, AWG and other discounters. A clearly recognizable in house developed collection, the quality of the garments offered, a reliable delivery performance and a pricing structure in accordance with prevailing market requirements are the key elements of our company’s strategy.
To safeguard this strategy A.F.TEXTILES has deliberately limited itself in respect of the relevant markets to be served, the wideness of the Product ranges, the countries where we have our garments produced and the number of manufacturers we cooperate with.
In first instance A.F.TEXTILES is limiting itselfto customers in Germany, the Benelux. This limitation is deliberately selected on thebasis of a
similarity in fashiontrends, consumer behavior, popularity of certain colours, styling-details and the size specs.
A.F.TEXTILES holds the opinion that in limiting ourselves to these selected markets we can offer a higher quality of service to our customers. Invoicing and Deliverance can take place either in Europe or in the country of origin. In Europe we are able not only to deliver at any Central warehouse but also on a shop to shop basis. In addition we offer a full range of pre-delivery services such as reconditioning, pressing, repacking and adding price tags etc.
By far the most important added value A.F.TEXTILES is offering is a very reliable delivery performance. On the basis of our Joint-Venture concept and the frequent presence of our own staff in the factories, we do all inspections ourselves, we are able to diminish any potential delivery mistakes.

The European clothing market can already for years be characterized by a situation of fierce competition. Especially the garments wholesaler with its traditional stock-keeping function has nearly ceased to exist. The main reason for this difficult situation is the buying of large and even smaller clothing retailers direct from the manufacturer on the one hand and on the other the trend that manufacturers are visiting potential customers direct in order to sell their products. A total disappearance of the wholesalers function however has serious negative effects on the level of service, logistics and quality.
It is therefore that A.F.TEXTILES has developed a brand new concept. With a very selective and very carefully selected limited number of manufacturers in the Far East we have established Joint-Venture agreements. This enables A.F.TEXTILES to offer a broad and complete product assortment in addition to a maximum level of service.
The Joint-Venture concept in practice means that both the manufacturer and A.F.TEXTILES have full (financial) interest to guarantee an optimal Price/Quality structure of the garments offered.
The selection of the manufacturers has taken place on the criteria of an optimal mix of Price-level, Quality and Delivery conditions. With all our Joint-Venture partners the management team of A.F.TEXTILES is maintaining already for many years very good business relations, what enabled us to make a very well balanced decision in choosing our partners.
The Joint-Venture partners are located in Bangladesh and China.
In order to guarantee a maximum level of service, we have deliberately limited ourselves to a smaller Product range.
First of all we are offering only Children, Men’s and Ladies Outerwear. Within these Product lines we have limited the number of Product Groups ,We are specialized in Jeans with exclusive washings and functional outerwear.
Based on the specific market know-how of A.F.TEXTILES, the availability of new, attractive materials and the knowledge of our manufacturers regarding production technology and under the surveillance of our in house styling, every 6-8 weeks parts of new collection are developed.
The samples of the collection are produced in the Factories where eventual orders will be booked. Therefore we can absolutely guarantee that the shipments of A.F.TEXTILES will not differ significantly from the samples we have shown.
The Management Team of A.F.TEXTILES is composed of highly educated and skilled textiles and garment specialists, with more than a decade of experience in this Branch of Industry. The Relationship management is carried out by a number of very experienced Account managers with more than adequate knowledge of market trends and product developments.
In their contacts with our customers their objective is to establish a long term relationship instead of short term successes.
As already mentioned A.F.TEXTILES has its own Styling department. Based on the expertise of our Account managers, the latest fashion trends and the production knowledge of our Joint-Venture partners we are well equipped to offer an excellent, commercially sound collection.
